Diet To Go Week 1 Recap
For 2015 my goal is to be very open to new ideas and opportunities. I am all about getting healthy and actually being ready when summer time comes around this year. As much as I hate to admit it, I am well aware that is all about what goes in your mouth for slimming down. As a kick off to the New Year I decided to partner with Diet To Go and try it out for a month. For the next 30 days my breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from DietToGo.com. I am all about convenience when it comes to anything related with food…shopping, cooking, eating it.
Diet-to-Go is a meal delivery company focused on making healthy eating both easy and affordable. Their goal is to change perceptions of what it means to eat healthy and help people achieve and maintain a healthy weight for life. They help people establish a common sense approach to healthy eating, an approach that can be sustained so that making smart food choices becomes a way of life.
I’ll admit that I’ve tried diets before that make you feel like you are truly missing out on living life because you are so consumed with what you can or rather not can’t eat. That is not the case with Diet To Go. Working with some of the best chefs in the business and cooking in our USDA-certified kitchen, they provide customers fresh, delicious, low-calorie, nutritionally balanced meals to help them lose weight or simply support an already healthy weight and lifestyle. They are constantly working to improve our products and service, in our aim to provide the best tasting, healthiest, low-calorie meals possible.
This is probably the most simply and satisfying eating program I have ever tried. It’s so nice how it works. A big container of food shows up on your front porch filled with amazing meals for the week. And when I say amazing, I mean it. This is REAL food! That is REAL good! 🙂 Check out some of of the meals I have been enjoying.
