Diet To Go Review
Over the last 3 days I had the opportunity to participate in a Diet To Go Review. Diet To Go is a pre-made diet meal delivery program that is designed to help with weight loss. They were recently rated #1 diet delivery company by Epicurious. Of course, I was overly excited when the big box of meals arrived. Cooking takes up so much time so I knew these meals would be great for saving time. Plus, Diet To Go is all about healthy choices and slimming down. There are no cancellation fees or gimmick pricing. There is no commitment or contract, and they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is the most inexpensive fresh diet delivery service on the market.
Diet-to-Go‘s mission is all about helping people lose weight fast, with no stress of counting calories, preparing foods, etc. All of the meals come prepackaged and you can simply heat them up in the microwave. Not only did they taste delicious they also looked amazing. You may have seen some of my pictures on my instagram. I just couldn’t resist.
The offer 3 different options so you can find one that fits your diet needs. They offer traditional, vegetarian and low-carb. I picked the vegetarian to review. Some of my favorite meals were the Egg and Broccoli Pie, Vegetable Quesadilla and Ciabetta Bake. However, all were very good and I loved being able to eat the assortment of food without having to do the time consuming prep work. Plus, it was an added bonus to be able to eat healthy without having to put any thought into the ingredients.

According to a University of Washington study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, high-quality, healthy foods cost on average $18.16 per 1,000 calories – just for the ingredients! That’s why eating healthy with Diet-to-Go is such a great value. With Diet-to-Go, you can get a delicious variety of fully prepared, healthy meals for just $17.02 per 1,000 calories. And, everything you need is included. No shopping, no complicated recipes, and no messy clean-up – It’s like having your own personal chef. Best of all, it may be less expensive than trying to do it on your own.
Overall, I think Diet To Go is a great program. If you are looking to lose weight, eat healthy and have no stress about it, this is the way to go! It was so nice having everything laid out for me and the food was delicious, too. These weren’t frozen meals, either. I put mine in the refrigerator and simply microwaved them. They were satisfying and filling, which I also liked. I also love how Diet To Go is diet meal delivery program. Meaning they bring the food straight to your front door. If you like the food and are thinking about Diet To Go I recommend you head over to their website and get Free Diet Analysis.
Is Diet To Go something you would consider? Have you ever tried a program with pre-made meals? I’d love to hear about your experience. Leave me a comment below. 🙂
