Ingredients

  • 12 Oreos
A tray with marshmallows, red sprinkles, lollipop sticks, chocolate cookies, and a bowl of white melted chocolate on parchment paper.

  1. Prepare the Oreos – Gently add each Oreo to the lollipop stick. and Press the stick into the filling.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Dip the Oreos – Holding the lollipop stick, dip each Oreo into the melted white chocolate, making sure to coat it completely. Let any excess drip off before placing it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add the Face – While the chocolate is still wet, carefully place two candy eyes and a pink chocolate mini candy or pink M&M in the center to create the bunny’s face.
  5. Make the Ears – Cut each marshmallow in half diagonally to form an ear shape. Dip the sticky side of each marshmallow into pink sanding sugar, then attach the ears to the top of each chocolate-covered Oreo.
  6. Let Them Set – Allow the bunny pops to harden at room temperature, or place them in the fridge for about 10 minutes to speed up the process.
