A First Look at Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man And The Wasp”
Get ready Marvel fans, because Marvel Studios has just begun production on their newest movie, Ant-Man And The Wasp! This movie is sure to cultivate as much excitement and buzz as its predecessor, Ant-Man. Although Ant-Man and the Wasp won’t hit theaters until July 6th, 2018, here is everything we know so far about the movie!
This movie follows two heroes with astonishing powers like no one has ever seen before; they have the ability to shrink! In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) grapples with the consequences of certain decisions that he’s made as a hero, and as father. As Lang struggles with the responsibilities of being both a father and hero, he is confronted by Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) with an urgent new mission for him. Lang must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside an ally, The Wasp, in order to uncover secrets from the past.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man And The Wasp features an incredible cast of actors. Returning actors from Ant-Man that will be reprising their roles include Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Peña, Michael Douglas, Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, Abby Ryder Fortson, Tip “T.I.” Harris and David Dastmalchian. In addition to the returning actors, the film will also include many new character and actors, including Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, Hannah John-Kamen, Walton Goggins and Randall Park.
