A First Taste At Eddie V’s in Kansas City

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to dinner at Eddie V’s on the country club plaza. If you are looking for a stylish and sophisticated fine dining experience, I suggest you give Eddie V’s a visit.  The food was amazing, but overall my absolute favorite thing about Eddie V’s was the service.  The waiters were so on top of it and really made the experience memorable.

While, I have to admit I am not a huge sea food fan, I enjoyed doing a little taste testing.  We started off with appetizers and bread (this bread was sooooo good).

I ended up going with a filet for dinner and it was cooked to perfection.  We also had sides of Brussels sprouts and the macaroni.

We also had the most delicious dessert. 😉
