    PSA, First watches website allows you to customize the meals for nutrition facts. The above carb info is for the whole meal with sides.

    As the commenter made above, I believe those totals are with the addition of ciabatta roll on the side (like the salad). If you take that out of the count, it can drop as much as 40 carbs . Thanks for the comprehensive guide!
