Fit Gear for the New Year
Disclosure: The feature of Koss is sponosored through FitFluential LLC.
With the celebration of the new year still in recent thoughts, many of us have made a resolution to keep on top of our health. For some that is eating healthy, others it is working out and for most it is both. Getting active is beneficial to your health in so many ways. However, it can be hard to get committed and stay focused. To help you get fit in the new year I wanted to share with a you a product that makes getting active a little more fun.
It’s no secret that pumping a little music can help get the body moving. Investing in a great pair of headphones is sure to help with your fitness goals. I recommend the Koss FitBuds and FitClips. What I really love about these is that Koss’ female designers teamed-up with Gold Medalist Dara Torres to create the world’s first headphones designed specifically for women, by women. Cheers to women power! You can purchase them at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Walgreens, Kmart and Sears. Below is a break down of the two different options.
- 33% smaller (than any earbud Koss has ever created)
- Sweat resistant
- Three different sizes of ear cushions included for the perfect fit
FitClips ($29.99*):
- Do not fall out
- Sweat resistant
- Three different sizes of ear cushions included for the perfect fit
I am the type of person who will go through a million pairs of headphones trying to find the right ones. I have tried both the FitBuds and the FitClips. My favorite thing about the FitClips is how small they are. It makes it easy to pop them right in your ears with out the stress of trying to jam some oversize earphones in. What I really like about the FitClips is the actual clip part. I hate having my earphones fall out mid workout, especially if you are running up a hill and need those tunes to keep me moving, the FitClips are great becuase they fit nicely around the ears so they don’t fall out.
As you are the look out for some new fit gear, I recommend starting with the headphones. You could give the Koss ones I mentioned above a try. Then plug them into your smartphone, ipod, etc., turn up the volume and get moving! Make 2014 your most active year yet! 🙂
