Flu season is here and is extremely contagious. An estimated 20% of Americans suffer from the flu and flu-like symptoms, with kids being the most susceptible group of all. But adults are still at risk to get sick this time of year. It can spread easily to others, especially in places like day-care centers, schools, cruise ships and nursing homes.
