Garlic Avocado Grilled Cheese Recipe

This recipe is a unique take on the classic grilled cheese filled with so many different flavors. The crushed red pepper provides a bit of spice and the garlic provides a unique taste to add to the mixture with avocado and red pepper. Overall, this recipe is the perfect lunch or dinner meal. If you end up having leftovers from the mixture like I did you can use that as a dip for your chips, the perfect side!

Garlic Avocado Grilled Cheese Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of bread (of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil


How to Make Garlic Avocado Grilled Cheese:
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl and add the garlic and crushed red pepper.
- Spread this avocado mixture on a slice of bread, top with mozzarella cheese, and add the other slice of bread on top. Repeat for the other bread as well.
- Toast in a pan with olive oil, flipping once carefully until golden brown on both sides.
- Take out of the pan and on to a cutting board and slice in the middle.
- Serve immediately with any side dishes of your choice.


Notes:
The ingredient list is short and simple, but you may add any additional ingredients that you want. Such as fresh herbs like basil, dill, and cilantro would fit perfectly in this recipe.
