Garlic Spaghetti Pasta Recipe
This recipe is super simple and easy to make while being full of flavor. The perfect pasta side dish to serve with any type of meat you would like. Enjoy!
Is Garlic Healthy?
Garlic holds a lot of health benefits. Firstly, Garlic is highly nutritious but has very few calories in it. It contains Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Selenium, and Fiber. Garlic can also combat sicknesses, including the common cold because its supplements are proven to boost the functions of the immune system. The list could go on and on, but overall there are a ton of health benefits for including garlic in your diet!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
How to Make:
- Heat up a pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat up a skillet with the olive oil and saute the garlic until aromatic but not browned.
- Add the spaghetti to the skillet, followed by dashes of garlic salt. Stir to blend the flavors well.
- Add crushed red pepper as desired and serve immediately.
Notes:
- Add any seasoning or herbs as desired.
- Best served with Grilled Chicken
