How I Give My Cat the Best Care With 9Lives Protein Plus
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of The J.M. Smucker Company. The opinions and text are all mine.
Being a cat mom is a serious job. My cat, Maxwell is truly my “fur-baby.” Now, don’t get me wrong he is very independent like most cats (as you’ll see in this post he doesn’t care for photos), but he is the absolute sweetest and, of course, he needs his mommy. I only want the best for him.
Maxwell will be celebrating his 8th birthday this year and like all pet moms I just can’t believe how fast the time is flying by. When I adopted Maxwell all of those years ago I could have never imagined how important he would be in my life. He was rescued from a creek only a few days old. He was alone, dehydrated and looking for a forever home.
I am so thankful our paths crossed and I was able to provide him with that fur-ever home. 🙂 He has been my little man ever since and with that comes the responsibility of taking the absolute best care of him that I can. I have always fed him the best food possible. Fortunately, vet check-ups have always been great, but as he gets older I worry about his health and diet.
Recently, I discovered a new product from 9Lives Protein Plus. I found it at Walmart and liked that it was for adults, not kittens. At first, I am always a little hesitant when purchasing new food. Maxwell, is a picky eater. The other night I tried to give him left over fish from a 5 star restaurant and he wanted nothing to do with it. I don’t think I know any other cats who are quite as picky when it comes to their eating habits.
Good news if you have a picky eater like mine. As soon as I poured the 9Lives Protein Plus into the bowl he started scarfing it down. I heard him start purring as loudly as he could, apparently the taste of this food made him so happy. I attempted to take his photo, as you can see, and he was just so focused on the food he was having no part in it. It made me really happy and excited to find a food that he not only enjoyed, but that I knew was actually good for his health. It’s official, my cat loves 9Lives just as much as Morris the Cat does!
And as a cat mom I love the health benefits. 9Lives Protein Plus is made with wholesome, tasty ingredients. Including, 33 grams of high quality protein (per 100g of food) to help support lean muscles and provide energy. It is a 100% complete and balanced nutrition for adult cats with antioxidants for healthy immune support.
Just like all cat parents, I only want the best for my “fur baby.” 9Lives assures cat parents like me, that we are making the responsible choice when it comes to cat food. Not only does it provide great taste, which is a huge bonus for my picky eater, but it also provides the nutrition he needs.
Maxwell is a lot like Morris. He enjoys 9Lives Protein Plus cat food and has the sweetest personality. They are both sassy, but not snarky and fun, but not boring. If you have a Morris, a Maxwell, whatever you named your cat-child, make sure you are taking care of them the best way you can. Give them all your love, hugs, quality time and, of course, treat them to the most delicious and nutritious food, 9Lives Protein Plus.
Maxwell, was so happy that I picked up the 9Lives Protein Plus at Walmart, and he wanted me to share a great offer with all of you. He was hoping other furry friends could also enjoy the delicious food he had. When you shop at Walmart and use Ibotta you can earn 1.00 when purchasing 9Lives Protein Plus.
