I’ll be the first to admit vegetables aren’t my favorite thing to eat. But, they’re definitely something that we need in our diet. This Brussel sprouts recipe will make you forget you’re eating a vegetable!

Brussel sprouts can be kind of tricky to work with. On their own they don’t smell very good and they certainly don’t taste very good. Some vegetables you can just steam and they’re actually good! Not these. These require a little help, but they’re super easy to make.

Thee brussel sprouts are a great side dish. You can also make them into an appetizer for a crowd. Either way these will surely become your new favorite way to get your vegetables in. I like to eat them as an appetizer or as a small meal with rice.
