• 1 Package tater tots: I used this 2Lb bag of tater tots and found that half (about 1Lb.) of it fits perfectly in my air fryer basket. This is great because half of the bag makes enough tater tots about 4 servings, and then you still have the rest of the package to make at a later date!
• Dipping sauce (optional): If you like to dip your tater tots, you will need your sauce of choice. Personally, I am a fan of the classic ketchup and tater top combo, but you can easily use any sauce you want like bbq sauce, or parmesan garlic sauce!
• Toppings (optional): Again, these ingredients are optional and completely up to you. This is your chance to be creative have some fun with this recipe! You can make loaded tater tots by topping them with cheese and bacon bits, or maybe add some spice by topping them with jalapeños.

3. Set Timer: Once the tater tots are in your air fryer basket, set the timer for 9-10 minutes.
4. Shake Basket: Halfway through cooking (at the 4-5 minute mark) open your air fryer and shake the basket so that the tater tots can cook evenly.
