How to Stay on Track with Jenny Craig While Traveling
Disclosure: Thank you Jenny Craig for sponsoring this post. Tried other weight loss programs? It’s time for Jenny Craig!
A few weeks ago I shared all about How I’m Getting Ready for the Holidays With Jenny Craig. As always my travel schedule picked up real quick and I just spent two weeks in California. I had so much fun and being able to stay on track with Jenny Craig. It was so much easier because of their shelf-stable options. I spoke with my weekly counselor and told her about my upcoming travel and she helped me create a plan to stay on track. I was surprised to find out how many menu items were available for travel.
For the most part I was able to eat the foods I had packed in my suitcase. The easily heated up in the microwave or they were able to eat such as the snacks, bars and shakes. When I went out to eat I opt’d for a salad and brought my own dressing from Jenny Craig.
It was easier to stay on track even with so much temptation because I knew that I would still have my weekly check in! I also appreciated her encouragement to get out and explore! This helped me find ways to keep myself entertained with out the typical thing of going out to eat.
I also stayed in airbnbs and hotels so I appreciate the fact that my food was easy to make. I didn’t have access to a full kitchen, but I didn’t need it either. I was able to heat things up or just open them! If you’re thinking of giving Jenny Craig a try and worried about a hectic travel schedule, no need to worry! They have realistic options that can help you stay on track!
