Sidney Fish is the owner and chef at her truck, Beauty of the Bistro. It has everything from burgers to tacos to mac n cheese! The Plantain District is a Cuban Fusion food truck. Their mission states: serve delicious food and put smiles on our customers' faces every time they visit us so they come back for more. The Plantain District offers a simple menu including Cubanos and different types of rice bowls. The Bochi truck is something you for sure have never had in your lifetime! Two words: stuffed wings. Still with me? They take boneless jumbo chicken wings and stuff them with fried rice, garlic, onions, scallions, ginger, and shiitake mushrooms! Is your mouth watering yet?
