Music, Food, Fireworks and Fun!

Celebrate this 4th of July with a bang by going to Kansas City’s Riverfront Tradition! With a lineup of amazing music to start the night off and street performers to entertain, you won’t want to miss this year’s Independence Day celebration.

Located at Richard L. Berkley Riverfront, KC RiverFest is THE place to be to see an astounding firework show that you won’t be able to see anywhere else. Not only the fireworks but the food, music, street performers, and kids activities are all included in the admission. For only $5 this event is by far the best bang for your buck, and even better kiddos 12 and under are free!

Starting at 5:00pm, gates will open at 4:15pm to let the fun begin! With an amazing event like this, there is expected to be 60,000+ people but don’t let parking be a worry because the event has a free shuttle and a street car that makes a stop in the River Market to bring you to the fun filled event!

  • 5pm- Wonderfuzz
  • 6:45pm- USAF Band of Mid-America: Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble
  • 8:30pm- Lost Wax
  • 9:40pm- KC RiverFest Fireworks over the Missouri River

Friends of the River KC Stage

  • 5pm- Streetlevel Uprising
  • 6pm- Jessica Page
  • 7pm- Run With It
  • 8pm- Enrique Chi of Making Movies
