Living a Keto lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard, and these food substitutes will help make your diet a little bit easier. There are so many different Keto friendly products to use that taste just as great and will help you start feeling healthier in no time!

Keto Friendly Breakfast of Champions

  • Make some almond flour pancakes with a nice side of butter and 1/4 cup of blueberries. Cauliflower waffles work too.
  • Whip up some cauliflower hash browns with a side of bacon and eggs. It’s full of delicious protein that will keep you full and satisfied.
  • Start your day off right with a delicious green smoothie made with kale, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 cup almond milk and 3 tbsp peanut butter.
  • Replace your typical oatmeal with delicious chia seeds soaked in almond milk. Make them a little sweeter by adding a teaspoon of Stevia.

  • Enjoy some turkey lettuce wraps with a side of pork rinds for a delicious and yummy crunch.
  • Grab some keto friendly thin bread and top it with a turkey burger, beef burger or salmon burger. As a side enjoy pork rinds or carrot fries, yum!
  • Enjoy a nice and light low carb beer with a delicious cheese and meat plate for lunch. You’ll enjoy grazing on the food while relaxing with a nice, cold beverage.

What’s For Dinner?
