Keto Shopping List for Peanut Butter Cookies:

Erythritol sweetener should be on every keto beginner’s shopping list. It is a zero carb and zero-calorie sweetener, without a bitter aftertaste that some sugar alternatives suffer from. However, erythritol tastes and bakes like sugar which makes for an easy, no-hassle, substitution. Although some would argue it does not taste the same as sugar I personally think it is as close to the real thing as you can get, and it is guilt-free too.

These peanut butter cookies are sure to remind you of the traditional recipe most of us might remember when we were kids. Being able to snack on something we are familiar with and love to eat, and still staying on track with the keto diet is a win-win situation.
