LALA Yogurt Smoothies Are Exactly What You Need On-The-Go

I feel like I am literally always on the go and I know I am not alone.  From one plane to the next, one meeting to another or even just trying to make that 5:30 am workout class.  When I am in a rush I often find myself sacrificing a healthy breakfast at an attempt to save time in the mornings.  I am happy to say I finally found a solution.  I recently had the chance to test out LALA yogurt smoothies and give them a try for my breakfast.  LALA Yogurt is a trusted yogurt brand that has been producing great tasting dairy products in the U.S. for over ten years.  This was my first time trying their smoothies and I was very impressed.

Healthy food tends to require preparation and hassle.  With the LALA smoothies I was able to just grab and go.  I love the convenience that these smoothies offer.  I put them right in my refrigerator and in the morning grabbed one, shook it up, added a straw and was good to go!

With LALA yogurt smoothies there are a variety of choices when it comes to flavor.  My favorite was the Mixed Berry.  It was so good.  All of them have the same type of texture.  It reminds me more of a yogurt texture than smoothie.  Which, I prefer because it gives you a more satisfied feeling.
Overall, my favorite thing about LALA yogurt is the healthy option convenience.  It is often difficult to find healthy options that actually taste good.  With LALA yogurt smoothies I didn’t have to sacrifice either of these things.  I highly recommend you give LALA yogurt smoothies a try.  I am so happy to find a breakfast option that fills me up and gets me the nutrients my body needs.  No matter how busy I get, I have to remember the importance of health.  Luckily, LALA yogurt takes care of that for me. 🙂

  1. I just started drinking these a month ago and I can’t get enough of them.
    They are very good.
    I drink about 4 a day if I had a case of them.
    But I try and drink about 10 a week.
    I only like the strawberry or strawberry Banana flavor.
