Ingredients
The best part of this recipe is it only takes 2 (with the option of 3 ingredients).
- Eggs
- Farmland Food Sausage roll
- Cheese (optional)
Preparing the Sausage
It was simple to prepare the Farmland Food Sausage by slicing the thawed sausage roll into thin patties and cooking in a skillet. I used the original pork sausage roll.
You will want to cook over medium heat and turn them over a few times to brown evenly. Cooking time can vary from 13 to 18 minutes.

Cooking Your Eggs
I whisked the eggs and cook them in egg rings to create an egg patty. These create a scrambled egg patty that also make the perfect outside pieces turning your sausage patty into a sandwich.
Optional Toppings
A fun way to involve your family and make each breakfast sandwich unique is to let them choose their own toppings! I like adding a piece of cheese, but feel free to let your taste buds go wild and get as creative as you would like.
