- 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
- Rinse off brussel sprouts with water. Trim off the ends and halve them lengthwise with a sharp knife.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread the sprouts in an even layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Stir to thoroughly coat.
- Sprinkle with both Parmesan and Romano cheese and stir the mixture together to combine.
