My Massage Review

I got a 90 minutes deep tissue massage and it was the best. I never take the time to go get massages, but after a trip to Massage Heights I can’t wait to go back. It was the most relaxing 90 minutes I’ve had in a long time. My favorite part of the massages was the warm stones.

My massage therapist was knowledgable and really knew exactly what I needed. She filled me in on parts of my body that I need to focus on. I learned that some of the tightness in my back actually comes from neck area. She also wrote out recommendations for stretches I can do and filled me in on the types of massages that are best for my body.
