For matcha lovers like me, this dairy-free nice ice cream is one of my favorites! The main ingredient is bananas so it gives it a sweet and creamy texture. The matcha makes the ice cream very refreshing and delicious!

This “ice cream” is like a smoothie bowl so you can add your favorite toppings such as coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and granola! It is super refreshing to eat on hot summer days and will even give you a boost of energy!

Matcha Nice Ice Cream Ingredients:

How To Make Matcha Nice Ice Cream:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender: Blend until all chunks are evened out
  • Put nice ice cream in the freezer: I put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. This allows the ice cream to get more frozen and delicious!

NOTES:

If you want your nice ice cream more smoothie bowl-like, you do not need to freeze it. The ice cream will already be very sweet so the maple syrup is optional but makes it sweeter!.
