My Thoughts on Mountain Mel's Teas

I think that Mountain Mel's teas are a must-have for any tea drinkers out there! The packaging alone is so cute, but the teas themselves are incredible! I tried UnFrazzle Your Dazzle, Diges-Teas, and Where Is My Mind???

The first tea I tried is Where Is My Mind??? This tea is perfect for keeping your mind sharp and setting yourself up for a productive day. It includes all organic ingredients like gotu kola, gingko leaf, ashwaganda, rosemary, red clover, nettles, and peppermint!

Personally, I really enjoyed the rosemary and peppermint flavors together. This tea tastes both refreshing and clean, and I genuinely felt focused and ready work after drinking it!

The next tea I tried is UnFrazzle Your Dazzle. I strongly recommend this tea before bed, or just for relaxing in general. Especially nowadays, we are all a lot more stressed so a good tea to calm your nerves is always a great idea!

This tea also includes all organic ingredients like chamomile, oatstraw, red clover, skullcap, catnip, linden flower, spearmint, violet, and jasmine! The chamomile and spearmint flavors are so delicious and calming. I love drinking this tea before bed!

The last tea I tried is Diges-Teas. This tea is by far my favorite! The flavor is so yummy! I really like that there is a delicious tea that helps calm your stomach. Drinking this tea with a meal helps my digestion and keeps me feeling great all day!

Diges-Teas organic ingredients are peppermint, lemon balm, fennel, anise seed, plantain, chamomile, orange peel, and also calendula. With so many delicious flavors to calm your tummy, you will want to drink this every day!
