Meatloaf is one of my favorite dishes. I decided to make this meatloaf for father’s day, and my Dad couldn’t complain. I wanted to try something different and stuff it with some Mozzarella cheese to give it that extra flavor. This meatloaf is weight watcher friendly I added in some crushed up carrots. I love being able to tweak meatloaf to my personal preference. Whether it is adding in some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and oregano, there are plenty of seasonings and spices you can add in with your meat mixture. To help make your meatloaf stay together you’ll want to use eggs and bread crumbs to give it enough binding. If your feeling adventurous and don’t want to use Mozzarella cheese, use any kind of cheese your heart desires.

This recipe is a great healthier alternative, I recommend using ground turkey and cutting the amount of sauce you use. If you’re trying to find something to cook for the Fourth of July, New Years, Thanksgiving, Father’s day, and Mother’s Day, here is something to try for the whole family.
