Ladies, listen up… It’s Women’s Health month, yep that’s right a month completely dedicated to our healthy lifestyles and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m sure many of you can relate to being busy, running around and working hard. Especially in the summer months, it becomes quite the challenging in ensuring I am taking care of myself myself, body, mind, and spirit.

I am excited to share with you all something that has made a huge difference in my own health regimen, especially when I feel exhausted and crunched for time. The last thing I want after a long day is a reheated bowl of leftovers for dinner, so the new Healthy Choice Power Bowls have quickly become a staple in my pantry. As people’s definition of health is shifting, I mean seriously who can keep up with the constant changes? I love that Healthy Choice is my go-to.  They are moving away from an identity squarely focused on diet and focused on high quality food, modern recipes, and food with purpose.

We have choices everyday of what we are putting into our bodies.  I am glad I discovered Healthy Choice Power Bowls because it’s easy for me to ensure that I am actually eating a good for me meal. Healthy Choice believes that healthy meals should be full of diverse ingredients like ancient whole grains, colorful and unique vegetables and lean proteins.  Trust me, that belief is shown in their new tasty meals.

These Power Bowls are great and are just as they sound– chock full of protein and vegetables that have become essential to my health in recent months.

These bowls are full of flavor, too! I personally am a huge fan of Asian food and these Power Bowls deliver exactly what my tastebuds need. So far, the bowls I have tried include Latin-inspired Adabo Chicken and Korean-inspired Beef Bowls.  Both have been so good!

One of the biggest selling points for me is being able to know and see where my food is coming from.  It’s a huge plus being able to see the raw fruits and vegetables in the bowl, and they all contain at least 16 grams of protein and 6-8 grams of fiber!

If you’re wanting to be healthy without all of the stress these meals are the way to go!  Summer is here and it’s the best time I know of to rededicate myself to a healthy lifestyle so what are you waiting for? Join me by trying the Healthy Choice Power bowls and let me know what you think!

If you are looking for more information, Healthy Choice has a bunch of information regarding their new Power Bowls!
