NYC Sailing Sunset Sail on America 2.0 Review
New York City is full of the most beautiful photo opportunities. If you’re wanting to capture New York City in a unique and fun way, I highly suggest visiting Classic Harbor Lines NYC Sailing located off Chelsea Piers. While we were in New York City, we took the Sunset at Sail on Schooner America 2.0 cruise across the Hudson River.
Classic Harbor Line is a national company that offers eco wind-powered sailing schooners that are never overcrowded. In its home port of New York City at Chelsea Piers, Classic Harbor Line is relaxing and soul-refreshing. Sunset is by far the most popular time to sail the Hudson. It’s extremely photogenic and oh-so-romantic.
While sailing aboard the Schooner America 2.0, you will be treated to a glass of champagne by their exceptional crew as you watch the vibrant warm rays of the sun sink peacefully into the horizon. Step away from the hustle and bustle of the city with your favorite companions when you board their 105-foot, 1800s styled vessel, America 2.0.
It was by far the most stunning views of the skyline and Statue of Liberty we have ever seen. We saw the Statue of Liberty with the sun setting behind it, sunny views of Manhattan before and after sunset. The city lights glistened in the dark. It was magical. We opted for the 6:30 cruise on Saturday night.
