Olive Garden Zoodles Review

If you love yourself some Olive Garden, but are trying to keep your carbs, calories, etc. a little lower their zoodles are a great option and taste amazing. Here’s a look at the tasty meal!

What are Zoodles?

Zoodles, or spiralized zucchini, can be an ideal noodle substitute if you’re dieting or going gluten-free. They give you that pasta taste and texture without actually being pasta!

Olive Garden Zoodles Primavera

Olive Garden’s Zoodles Primavera dish contains no pasta, just spiralized zucchini, and comes tossed in a light basil cream sauce. You can sub the sauce if you’d like and can also top it with your choice or protein. It is served with vegetables including: broccoli, carrots, seasoned tomatoes, roasted red peppers and mushrooms.

The dinner portion of the dish contains five servings of daily vegetables and starts at $14.99

Review

Olive Garden is by far one of my favorite restaurants to indulge at. The salad, breadsticks, soup….you get where I’m going with this. I love pasta but getting the zoodles it let me enjoy a few more breadsticks while still getting the pasta texture. I thought the zoodles were delicious. The veggies and sauce made me forget I was eating zucchini. If you’re looking to try something new and get your veggies in I definitely recommend the zoodles at Olive Garden.
