How to Make Spring Flower Cookie Pops

  1. Prepare the Oreos – Carefully twist apart each Oreo. Try to keep the cream filling on one side.
  2. Attach the Lollipop Stick – Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted white chocolate and gently press it into the cream side of the Oreo. Place the other half of the cookie back on top and press lightly to secure. Let them sit for a few minutes to set.
  3. Dip in White Chocolate – Once the lollipop sticks are secure, dip each Oreo pop into the melted white chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Decorate the Flowers – Lay the chocolate-covered Oreo on parchment paper. Place one M&M in the center, then arrange six or more M&Ms around it to form flower petals.
  5. Let Them Set – Allow the cookie pops to cool and harden completely at room temperature, or place them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve and Enjoy! – Once the chocolate is set, these adorable Spring Flower Cookie Pops are ready to be enjoyed!

Tips for Perfect Cookie Pops

  • Use Double-Stuff Oreos – The extra filling makes it easier to secure the lollipop sticks without breaking the cookie.
  • Melt Chocolate Slowly – Microwave the white chocolate in 15-20 second intervals, stirring between each, to prevent overheating.
