She earned her graduate degree in nutrition at Columbia University and completed internships at New York City’s prestigious Lenox Hill and Mt. Sinai Hospitals. Lyssa was a nutritionist at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital’s VanItallie Center for Nutrition and Weight Management, in New York City. Lyssa is the author of the book The Skinny Jeans Diet (Harper Collins).
