Joan Vassos Leaves The Golden Bachelor
On The Golden Bachelor, Joan formed a great connection with Gerry. Unfortunately, she removed herself from the show to be with her daughter, who had just given birth.
On her Instagram, Joan updated fans writing, “Everyone at home is doing great, and I hope one day I will get the chance at love again.”
Joan also told her fans, “Family comes first, period. Once a mother, always a mother, I’ll always choose my kids first. Thank you for all of your outpouring love and support, for not only me but also my daughter – everyone is now healthy and happy!”
Reliving Her Exit
On October 17, Joan posted a video to her Instagram. In the video, she sits in bed blowing her nose in tissues while lip-syncing to the audio, “I had a little cry earlier and I had a big cry last night, but I’m not crying now and I think for that, I’m doing so well.”
In her video caption, Joan shared she felt “All the feels” while watching the episode featuring her exit.
Ending on an optimistic note, Joan adds “Here’s to whatever comes next…”
