Tips for Keeping Your Healthy Resolutions

Raise your hand if you promised yourself you would eat healthier in 2019.  Now keep your hand raised if you’ve kept that promise! If not, you’re in luck because I’ve got a few easy tips to get back to those goals.

Enjoy Breakfast

So many times we skip this meal because we are in a rush.  But if you want to get your day off to a great start have something ready to go! I have these NEW Breakfast Bowls from “Veggies Made Easy“.  These are great because they take out the prep work.  Each bowl is packed with superfood veggies and a chef-inspired sauce.

To make: add 2 eggs and microwave 4 minutes. Delicious, nutritious breakfast ready in just minutes! With eggs- 300-330 calories and 22 grams of protein. You can find them in the produce cold section and pick up one at your local grocer!

Be Prepared Ahead of Time

We are all busy and going to the store to pick out everything you need for a healthy meal can be time-consuming.  Try an online delivery meal service.  Home Chef is one of the largest meal kit delivery companies in the U.S., with over 3 million meals delivered each month.

Founded in 2013, Home Chef offers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and easy to follow recipes delivered weekly and is designed for anyone to be able to cook and everyone to enjoy. Recipes suit a variety of dietary needs (low-carb, calorie-conscious, dairy-free, etc.).

Snack When You’re Hungry!

Again, by being prepared and having snacks on hand you can enjoy bites throughout the day.  I suggest Simply Organic Guacamole Sauce as a great option.  Just add two smashed avocados and your favorite veggies for dipping.  This is also a great option if you want to entertain as a lot of times social gatherings are where we tend to give in to temptation.

These are just a few ideas but there are so many amazing products out there.  It’s all about finding what works best for you and making a healthy lifestyle a priority.  What it comes down to most often is thinking ahead and being prepared! This is a great time to reset with nice weather on the way people tend to be more active and start to refocus on healthy eating!
