t.Loft Cleanse Review
I am excited to share with you my tLoft cleanse review. Over the past three days I have been trying the cleanse from t.Loft. If you are a Kansas City local and you haven’t heard of t.Loft yet, you’re missing out. t.Loft is health café that offers fresh all natural food, fresh pressed juices, protein shakes, smoothies, and many other fresh snacks to fuel you for greatness. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives…..everything is gluten free!! Side note if you are a work from home person, t.Loft is one of my favorite places to type away at.
Now, back to the cleanse. This is the first cleanse I have ever successfully completed. I have tried a few in the past, I actually made all of my own juices once and to be honest it was just gross. I could never make it through an entire day. This time, I was looking for a great way to kick start my health routine and get back into healthy habits. Day to day life and personal stress has been causing me to reach for those feel-good-too-many-calories-never-should-have-eaten-it-carbilicious foods. I knew it was time to give my body a little extra attention and after doing a lot of google searching I realized that the t.Loft cleanse looked like the perfect option for me.
One thing I really like about the cleanse is that I picked it up fresh every morning from the t.Loft location closest to me. (I used the location at the country club plaza.) The juices are made fresh everyday which certainly helps with the taste and it makes me feel better about the nutrients I am putting into my body.
t.Loft does an amazing job or really laying out the directions. On the first day of the cleanse I received direction in my bag that told me exactly what I would be drinking/eating and what times of the day to do it. You will consume everything with in two hours of each other. Each day was the same on the cleanse. I drank 5 juices (2 orange and 3 green). Honestly, I thought the orange tasted better than the greens, but both were actually not bad for a drink containing some of the healthiest foods you can put in your body. Each juice had a fun name, my favorite was the mean and clean.
You also get a salad and a peanut butter protein ball. The salad and protein bar are really helpful in completing the cleanse. I’m not sure I could have continued with just juices for 3 days. There were times when I wanted to give in and quit, but I am so glad I didn’t. I will warn you it is a challenge giving up your regular eating habits, but you’ll be glad you did. The way I am feeling after completing the cleanse was definitely worth a few days of dedication.
When I first sought out to do a cleanse I thought I wanted to do a 5 day one, definitely not. 3 days was the perfect amount. I had done my research and read that your body doesn’t see changes until the 3 or 4th day. I know every body is different, but in my case that was not the truth. I started noticing changes to my body after just the first day. By day 3, I am down 4 pounds (YES, 4 pounds in 3 days!!!!) and best of all I don’t have the bloated feeling I have been carrying around.
The changes really hit me when I woke up on day 3 after successfully completing day 1 and 2. I felt so good. It was then that I really noticed the bloating had gone down in my stomach area. The morning after my cleanse was over I was feeling great. The t.Loft cleanse has helped me refocus and reenergize. During the actually cleanse I did feel more tired than usual and actually feel like it helped get my sleeping habits back on track. I was going to sleep at 9pm instead of binge watching netflix until midnight. I fell asleep easier and did not get the usually late night snack cravings.
So would I do another t.Loft cleanse in the future? Absolutely!
However, cleansing can be hard to stay dedicated to so I would suggest only doing a couple a year, maybe before a big event or when you just need a reboot. If you are feeling blah and just need to mix something up in your life try a cleanse. This one helped me get back on a healthy lifestyle track.
Disclosure: I was provided with a complimentary 3 day cleanse from t.Loft. However, my experience is my own and I never guarantee positive reviews.
I want to do this so bad! I love the idea of picking up your juice every morning fresh!

Yes, it definitely makes the process easier and more fresh! Let me know if you do! I’d love to hear what you think about it!
I just got a massive, healthy grocery store salad for $10, and I can buy a lot of juice, even expensive Naked, for $45.
If only I could convince store to comp it to me for a rave review.
Or even better I can purchase and eat fresh produce for two weeks.
