Top 10 Best Captain America Moments

Getting super powers doesn’t come with the easiest life. For some heroes it involves a lot of sacrifices and well quite the amount of fighting. This is the case for our first avenger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain America. From his first moment to last, we see Captain America constantly going through highs and lows, and ends with a surprise happy ending. So without further ado, here’s the scoop on the top 10 Captain America moments!

10. Shaking hands with Iron Man (Endgame)

This scene makes this list because this scene was valuable to the film. These two last saw each other and went to war and then after years they came together to save humanity. 

9. Becoming Captain America

After being rejected by the army due to his size, Steve Rogers becomes a test subject for Stark Industries. They give him a serum that turns gives him super strength. As a result he becomes Captain America and is a leading force in the end of the war against the Nazi group Hydra. 

8.  Rain Check

The closing moments of Captain America: The First Avenger, sees Steve Rogers piloting a plane into an iceberg to save mankind. While he is doing this his love interest Peggy, is telling him that would be suicide and he comforts her. Peggy and Steve were supposed to go on a date after the war, however he asks her for a “rain check” in a moment of comfort before crashing into an iceberg. 

7. Bucky Fight 

In Captain America Winter Soldier, Captain America is hunted down by Hydra mercenary The Winter Soldier. Amidst battle Steve rips the mask off of the winter soldier and realizes it is his best friend Bucky.

6.Hail Hydra

This scene is amazing solely because of the nod to the marvel comics in which Captain America is a member of the Hydra team. In Avengers Endgame, we see a reference to this as Captain America says “Hail Hydra” in an elevator scene.

5. I can do this all day 

In avengers Endgame, Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America are fighting Thanos. Halfway through the battle, our heroes begin to lose. After Captain America is knocked down he says “I can do this all day.” This is a common phrase used by him throughout all the marvel movies.

4. Iron Man fight

Captain america civil war had an amazing last battle between Iron Man and Captain America. After turning his brainwashed friend back over to the light, he tries to make Tony see that Bucky is who killed Tony’s parents. This two on one battle brings up a lot of emotions. As a result, we see

3. Elevator Scene 

After being stooged off that Shield has been compromised, Steve Rogers is leaving the building and enters the elevator at the top floor to go down. As the elevator keeps making stops more men enter, and then Steve notices that one of the men is sweating profusely. As he releasizes whats about to happen he says “Does anyone want to get off before we start?” and goes on to take out about 20 men. 

2. Mjollnir

Thanos is standing tall over Thor and it seems like all is lost and Thor is going to be killed. As the camera pans away to Mjollnir we see it shake. Then it flies into the hands of Captain America. This was teased in Age of Ultron, but now is paid off.

1.Dancing with Peggy 

Now I know what you’re thinking, why is this number one? Well it’s the closing scene of Avengers Endgame, and we finally see it. We see how everything he’s gone through to save lives and the hell he’s seen throughout these films was all worth it in the end. That rain checked dance was finally received.
