Top 5 “90 Day Fiancé” Breakups

TLC‘s 90 Day Fiancé (and all of its spin-offs) is well known for its shocking couples. Although some of them make it through the 90 days happily, others have struggled.

In preparation for the newest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, here are the top five on-camera breakups.

90 Day Fiancé’s Colt and Larissa

Instagram

First up: Colt and Larissa seemed to have problems from the start of their on-camera journey. Before she came to the United States, she was mad at Colt. Colt wanted to buy her plane ticket after she received her visa.

However, she wanted the plane ticket before the visa, and willing to pay the fee to push back the flight as long as necessary.

For instance, once her plane arrived, she was upset that he did not get her flowers, making him buy a $20 bouquet at the airport.

Once Larissa was in Las Vegas, she immediately expressed her dislike for her living conditions, including living with Colt’s mother Debbie.

Debbie and Larissa did not get along from the start and Debbie has even kicked Larissa out of her car, forcing the producers to pick her up.

Larissa has asked Colt for a monthly allowance of $200, admitting she wants $1 million from Colt.

Finally, their rocky relationship came to an end when Colt called the police on Larissa for domestic violence. She was taken into custody and they filed for divorce. Larissa found a new boyfriend quickly after her separation from Colt.

Danielle and Mohamed’s Break-up

Next, the breakup of Danielle and Mohamed is arguably the messiest breakup in 90 Day Fiancé history. Their marriage started with a lack of intimacy and lies.

After countless fights, Mohamed left Danielle’s house. Once he left, he wasted no time moving on. After that, Danielle fought for an annulment as well as his deportation. She believes that he used her for a green card.

Their relationship is over and they no longer interact with each other. However, Danielle and Mohamed’s fights on the show will never be forgotten.

90 Day Fiancé’s Molly and Luis

At the beginning of their 90-day journey, Molly and Luis seemed happy. After arriving in the United States, Luis started to act strangely. Additionally, he began mistreating Molly and was speculated to be cheating on her. At his bachelor party, he paid some special attention to some women at a club. He did not fulfill a father figure to Molly’s children.

Luis went as far as to make inappropriate comments to Molly’s teenage daughter. It all boiled over when they had a fight and Luis locked himself in a bedroom blasting music. When Molly tried to get in to talk, he pushed her out and threatened to call the cops. After that, they divorced and Luis remarried.

Darcey and Jesse’s Break-up

Before Darcey was on Before the 90 Days with Tom, she was on Before the 90 Days with Jesse. Jesse came to visit Darcey in Connecticut to see if he wanted to marry her. While he was in the United States, he gave her a promise ring. Unfortunately, their relationship went downhill from there. They began to argue about Jesse’s controlling behavior. They even continued to fight in front of Darcey’s daughters. During a big blowout, he threatened to call the police after Darcey threw a shoe at him.

Finally, Jesse reveals to Darcey that he has come to the United States to break up with her in person. Darcey told him to get out of her life. In conclusion, Darcey moved on with Tom, before their unfortunate breakup as well.

90 Day Fiancé’s Ashley and Jay

Next up, are Ashley and Jay, who are arguably the most “on-again, off-again” couple on 90 Day Fiancé. Although they did make it the 90-days, they have now divorced. Apparently Jay had been unfaithful to her from the beginning. Ashley has caught Jay on Tinder and talking to younger girls. The barber he works for told Ashley that he caught Jay with a woman in the barbershop bathroom while he was supposed to be working.

Ashley eventually kicked Jay out of the house, gave him divorce papers, and put all of his stuff in garbage bags. She then called the police, who escorted Jay off of Ashley’s property.

According to Ashley’s Instagram, they are currently back together. Either way, their breakup will go down in reality show history.

These 90 Day Fiancé couples have had monumentally dramatic and equally entertaining on-screen breakups. Fans are looking forward to catching up on them on the new season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? on TLC that premieres June 14th!
