Top 10 Weight Watchers Friendly Restaurant Guide
Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy eating out every once in a while. These picks from different restaurants will tell you just what to get that’s WW friendly.
Applebee’s
Applebee’s is a great place to keep up your diet. In fact, the restaurant chain has introduced three specific menu items endorsed by Weight Watchers.
- 8 Point Grilled Jalapeno-Lime Shrimp: These chipotle-lime shrimp are to die for. You’ll be able to indulge in sides including bean corn salsa and lime juice topped with some cilantro. The dish also includes zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and red peppers in steamed rice.
- 12 Point Creamy Parmesan Chicken: This tender grilled chicken breast with parmesan sauce will have you coming back for more. It’s served with a helping of spinach and mushroom pilaf.
- 13 Point Lemon Parmesan Shrimp: These blackened shrimp are to die for. They’re sauteed along with tomatoes, onions, and basil. Then, they are served over a rich and creamy rice with lemon cream sauce and parmesan cheese.
Chilis
Chili’s makes it easy for you to enjoy your food while counting your points. In fact, they have several options for you to enjoy while eating out at this specific restaurant chain.
- 9 Point Triple Dipper Chicken Crispers: Without the sauce, you can enjoy these crispy on the outside and soft on the inside chicken strips.
- 10 Point Chicken Enchilada Soup- I could eat this soup every day. You’re going to love Chili’s chicken enchilada soup which is loaded with delicious and aromatic spices. You’ll love the cheesiness on top, too. Just be sure to avoid the crackers.
- 9 Point Chicken/Beef Fajitas without the tortillas: If you’re a fan of meat, this should be your go-to meal because it’s delicious and filling. The tortillas come with a side of freshly grilled onions and peppers, too. Just make sure to skip on the condiments.

Where on Earth did you get the info for cici’s pizza? One point for pizza with alfredo sauce on it sounds way too good to be true… because it isn’t true. (It’s 4 smartpoints per slice via the WW app)
Actually it is 5 points; spinach alfredo is 4.
Omg! I was reading this and said to myself that this information has to wrong. I said wtf!!! No way! Who ever wrote this want people to fail
These are totally wrong and a quick look at the WW app shows the correct numbers (in some cases 10 points more)
This is just irresponsible
QDOBA IS SO TOTALLY WRONG AS WELL……

Where exactly do you get your info idiot?! If you plug in all of these in WW app they’re wrong! You just make this up to seem important and mess people up?! Angel hair pasta plain at Olive Garden you say is 2 points, ugh is really 10! That’s half a days points for some people. You are a moron. Pull this!
There really isn’t a need for you to be this rude.
All of these points are incredibly wrong and misleading. Most of these end up being about 10 points at least.

Dang, why you gotta lie to people like this?
I am not going to resort to name calling
But I do follow the others sentiment
This information is horribly inaccurate and it is irresponsible to leave this unedited or redacted. If it applies to one color of the “newer” plans then merely update the article to reflect – although based off these counts I don’t believe it is… bacon 0 points? I understand maybe to you it does not seem important because it’s just a silly diet – but some people are working very hard to change their lives and being this inaccurate is harmful to their journey. Really what’s 5 minutes to correct this error?
I cannot believe the way that some people are responding to this article; pure disrespect. But with that being said – the points are all wrong. Maybe you got the points under the old system (free style) not sure. There are three plans now, and I am on the green plan. Basically, my points are always higher than someone on the blue or purple plan. I think you should do like others, and re-calculate the points based off of the new plan system. There is nothing wrong with doing that 🙂
