This American flag is perfect for anyone who is counting carbs or doing a KETO inspired diet.  I like to call this the ultimate low carb lovers American flag.  This no bake meat and cheese flag is easy to make and adds a creative spin to any get together!

All you need are your favorite meats and cheeses.  Plus, some blue berries.

Ingredients:

  • Meat
  • Cheese
  • Blueberries

Directions:

Layer everything out into the shape of a flag and you are good to go!  I use these cookie cutters to cut the cheese slices for the stars over the blueberries!

This is a great way to celebrate the holiday without changing your eating habits if you’re counting carbs.
