As far back as I can remember, Valentine’s Day has always been about going the extra mile to show your love to those near to you. Whether it be handwritten valentines or grabbing a heart-shaped box of chocolates and roses on your way home from work. Impress those you love with these white chocolate brownie balls.
Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Brownie Balls Ingredients
First, let’s chat ingredients. To make these white chocolate brownie balls you will need…
- Baking Chocolate: 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- Butter: You will need 1 cup butter (these are my favorite measuring cups)
- Eggs: 4 large eggs
- Sugar: 2 cups of granulated sugar (this is the white sugar, not cubes)
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Flour: 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Baking Powder: 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Chocolate Chips: 12 oz white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles: Get festive with these!
How to Make Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Brownie Balls
It’s easy and fun to make these Valentine’s Day white chocolate brownie balls…
- Prepare. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease a 9×13 nonstick pan.
- Melt Chocolate. Place unsweetened baking chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until chocolate is melted.
- Create Chocolate Batter. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. While mixing, slowly add in melted chocolate.
- Combine Dry Ingredients In a small bowl, stir together flour and baking powder.
- Add Mixtures Together. Slowly add flour mixture into chocolate batter, until mixed in.
- Bake Brownies. Pour brownie mixture into greased pan. Spread evenly and bake 20-30 min.
- Test Brownie Doneness. Poke with toothpick or knife in center, to test doneness. Knife/toothpick will be clean once done.
- Let Brownies Cool. Remove brownies from oven (using cute oven mitts) and cool for 45 minutes. To speed up process, once pan is cooled place in fridge for 30 min.
- Fluff Brownies. Once brownies are cool, remove crispy corners and set aside (eat if you’d like 😉 ). With hands or fork, fluff brownies.
- Create Brownie Balls. Roll brownies into 1 inch balls, place on parchment paper and freeze 20-25 minutes. Once set, remove from freezer.
- Melt Chocolate. Microwave white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until melted.
- Dip Brownie Balls. Place your brownie balls into melted white chocolate and cover, then place on parchment paper.
- Decorate. Add pink and red sprinkles, let set and ENJOY!
