Vegan Cauliflower Wings Recipe
These Vegan Cauliflower Wings are to die for! There’s nothing better than having the barbecue flavor mixed with the perfect cauliflower to make delicious wings!
I’m vegetarian, but I definitely miss eating some of my favorite foods like barbecue wings. I stopped eating meat about 2 years ago and haven’t looked back! It’s a little hard to start because you have to be more conscious about what you’re eating, but after a while, it feels normal. Cutting meat out of your diet is easier than you’d think! If you’re looking to try a vegetarian or vegan diet but are skeptical, this would be a good recipe to start with. It’s pretty easy and super tasty! Cauliflower is a substitute for chicken in many vegan dishes, like this one. You won’t even taste the difference! These vegan wings will be your new favorite Meatless Monday go to.
Even if you’re not vegetarian or vegan, you’ll love these cauliflower wings!

3/4 cup of flour
2 tsp onion powder

NOTE: I’m not vegan, so I used honey barbecue sauce, but if you are vegan, just go based on the ingredient list!

- . Add non-dairy milk and mix until you get a batter-like consistency. Then, put the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
- Coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter and then immediately after coat it in the breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet with foil and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
- In a new bowl, put your barbecue sauce and agave syrup and mix. After 25 minutes, take the cauliflower out of the oven, coat in the sauce, and put them back in the oven for 20 more minutes at the same temperature.
- When they come out of the oven, let them sit for 5-10 minutes. If you try to move them to a plate too quickly they’ll fall apart!
