This panera 10 vegetable soup recipe is packed with healthy vegetables, and it's perfect for a chilly winter day.

Ingredients for this recipe consist of peppers, carrots, corn, beans, vegetable stock, and much more!

First, heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Secondly, add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, red and yellow peppers, poblano peppers, and corn.

Continue stirring on medium heat until onions are translucent and veggies are soft. Approximately 8-10 minutes string frequently.

Add in thyme, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, Aleppo chili, dried cilantro, tomato paste, and Paprika. Stir together with veggies.
