Secondly, cut your veggies for the vegetable filling.
In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil. Then add a little salt for taste.

Fold the dumpling wrappers in half to enclose the filling, then pinch the edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Over medium-high heat add vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Add the ravioli to the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let it cool.
