Ingredients include rice, salmon, mayo, soy sauce, avocado, and more!

In a microwave large shallow bowl place salmon and using a fork flake it into small pieces.

Top the flaky salmon with rice then sprinkle on top of the rice with about 1 tbs of water.

Cover the top of mashed salmon bowl with a sheet of parchment paper and cook until rice is fluffy and everything is warm. About 2 minutes cook time.

Remove bowl from the microwave and add a drizzle of soy sauce, mayo, and sriracha.

Toss the salmon mixture until combined.

Top with avocado, kimchi, scallions, and sesame seeds. Serve with seaweed snacks.
