Weight Watchers Easy Snacks Under 4 Smart Points

Giving up snacks for the sake of a diet and to eat healthy is not an easy feat. That chocolate bar or that packet of chips call your name, but to maintain your smart points daily limit, you might not answer their call.

If you belong to the weight watcher you might already know what smart points are. If you just joined, smart points are values gave to food and drinks based on four categories: calories, saturated fats, sugars and proteins. The lower the values, the healthier the food or the drink. To not give up snacks, we have prepared a list of food and its quantity with four smart points or less.
