Do the points include milk?
I checked with my WW calculator and Life cereal comes to 5 Freestyle points per cup. That’s a big difference!!!
That is what I was thinking. I was happy that a cereal had 2 pts but double checked with ww calculator and was confused.
As others have mentioned these don’t align with the current Weight Watchers app. More like 4 points per serving. I’m guessing you might be using an older points system or something? They definitely don’t match. ?
Frosted Mini Wheats are not 4 points of Free Style!! I think these must be from when WW was doing Smart Points maybe.
You have to buy the BITE size frosted mini wheats. 3/4 cup is 3 pts. In the app
