Now that season 4 of TLC's 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days has ended and season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has started, the internet is having a field day comparing Babygirl Lisa & Usman to Angela & Michael. Here is a recap and comparison on both couples:

Their love story:
Michael and Angela met on Facebook. At the time they met, Angela was 52. She was previously married, and had six grandkids. Michael was 29 and from Nigeria. Initially, they both lied about their age, claiming they were 50 and 30. They unexpectedly fell in love and decided to get married. Angela admitted in her casting tape that she gets jealous of the girls on Michael's social media pages. A lot of Angela's friends and family believed it was a scam.
Angela decided to travel to Nigeria to meet Michael. Michael admitted that she looked bigger and older than her pictures, but he still loved her. Angela revealed that while their relationship was strictly online, Michael had cheated on her. Michael had to work hard to gain back Angela's trust. When Michael's friends met Angela, they didn't get along. Angela nicknamed them the "knuckleheads".
Their story continues:
At the end of the trip, Angela proposed to Michael and told him he was coming to the United States. They were officially engaged and began the K-1 Visa process. After being engaged for a year, Angela returned to Nigeria to gain his mother's blessing. Michael's mom gives her blessing but expects a grandchild from Angela. She's open to the idea and begins exploring fertility options.
Michael and Angela visit a fertility clinic in Nigeria and find out that Angela is very close to going through menopause, as she only has one egg left. She was afraid of losing Michael because she can't conceive, although he did show that he is there for the long haul. Their engagement party was in Nigeria and they became determined to have a baby.
Angela left Nigeria and waited for Michael's visa to be approved. Unfortunately, his visa is denied. She contacts her lawyer to get an appeal. The couple decides to get married in Nigeria and have Michael come back to the United States on a spousal visa, despite the lengthy process. Her lawyer warns her that any legal process, such as divorce, will become complicated. Michael begins losing the support of his family.
They began the process of getting married in Nigeria, but Angela needed a witness from the United States. She returns home to convince a family member to go back with her to be a witness. Angela and Michael were featured on seasons 2 and 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé, and season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Their infamous fights and makeups make them well known among fans. Hopefully, this season will reveal the future of their relationship.
Lisa and Usman
Their origin story
Lisa and Usman met on Facebook. Lisa is 52 years-old and Usman, aka Nigerian rapper Sojaboy, is 30 years-old. They fell in love quickly and nicknamed each other "Baby Love". Lisa reveals that her friends and family are skeptical of Usman and think he is scamming her. She tells them a few days before leaving for Nigeria that they plan to get married while she is there. Usman proposed on the phone to Lisa. She admits that she gets very jealous of Usman's female fans and will argue with them online.
Lisa arrived in Nigeria and was greeted by Usman and his friends. Usman admitted that she was bigger and older than he thought, even saying she was "70% good for him". Usman's friends think that Lisa is too old for him and will damage his music career. Usman and Lisa fought most of the trip, even in front of Usman's older brothers.
In order to get married, the couple needed the blessing of Usman's mother. At first, she disapproved because of Lisa's age, but eventually, she agreed and they saw a lawyer to get married. Lisa voiced her concern about Usman's female fans moving in on him while she is back in the United States. Usman proposed to Lisa outside their hotel bathroom on the day of their wedding.
Usman and Lisa wore beautiful wedding clothes made by a local tailor to their wedding. Lisa went back to the United States, ready to apply for the spousal visa. Lisa and Usman were on season four of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and plan to be on the new spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: B90 Strikes Back.
