Windjammer Landing Resort Review (St. Lucia)
I had the most incredible opportunity to visit St. Lucia and stay at Windjammer Landing Resort. This was my very first trip out of the country, yes that is correct…first stamp in my passport and everything! I really had no idea what to expect, I knew it would be beautiful based on the photos I have seen, but I never imaged how gorgeous it would truly be.
The resort features spacious beachfront and hillside villas many with full kitchens and luxury amenities, premier on-site dining at multiple venues, and exclusive access to a white sand beach. You can take in stunning Caribbean views, book a spa treatment, celebrate a special occasion, or simply relax. My blogging friend Jenny and I decided to have a girls trip to catch up and enjoy St. Lucia.
THE RESORT
Windjammer Landing is nestled on 60 acres of Saint Lucia’s northwest coast in Labrelotte Bay, offering exclusive access to 64,000 square feet of powdery, white sand. When I first arrived I was greeted with the friendliest smiles. Seriously, during my entire stay everyone was so nice and helpful. No one knew I was there to do a review so I loved that this was the real deal. The lobby is beautiful and everything is so open. There are photo opportunities everywhere.
It is an absolutely beautiful resort and so convenient. While I was there I had the all inclusive pass which includes all of the food and beverages. There are 5 restaurants at the resort and definitely something for everyone.
THE FOOD & DRINKS
Bring your stretchy pants if you’re heading to Windjammer Landing… 😉 The food and drinks will have you wanting more and more.
The food was delicious everywhere, but my personal favorite was Jammers. It is a causal dining experience right by the pool and you can look out at the beautiful ocean.
THINGS TO DO
Once you arrive at the resort you really won’t want to leave. Everything you’re wanting to do is planned out and ready for you! They have new activities every day and have it displayed at check in. We took a banana boat ride, water sports, did swim aerobics and enjoyed the Caribbean views. There is something to do for people of every age. This resort is not just for honeymooners. We met other friend groups, there were lots of families and even people on solo vacations just getting a break from their everyday life.
THE VILLAS
Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is unlike any destination I have ever been to. The resort features spacious beachfront and hillside villas that are not only stunning they are huge! Check out the tour of the villa I stayed at int he video below.
Here are more photos of the Villas and of course the fun robes in the master bath. Windjammer Landing really did think of everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia is a must visit. This was my first trip out of the US and I loved every second of it. I mentioned this earlier, but this resort really is ideal for anyone, anywhere, any type of group travelling. If you are looking for a place to get away that has everything you need to keep you relaxed this is the resort for you. They pride themselves on not just meeting their guests’ needs, but exceeding them and I’m happy to say I can completely agree. I can’t wait to visit again.
