Sriracha Tofu Bowl

This Sriracha Tofu Bowl Recipe is packed full of protein, color, and vegetables. While this recipe is both easy and flavorful, it is the perfect lunch to keep in your meal plans all year long!

Ingredients

  • TOFU: I prefer to buy mine in cubes and pan sear them, but any tofu will work.
  • VEGETABLES: I used carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, and edamame.
  • RICE: I used cauliflower rice, but any rice will work. Brown rice is another great option.

Instructions

    1. Cook the tofu: First, I dropped my tofu in a soy sauce bowl to add flavor. Next, I used some olive oil spray to keep my tofu from sticking. Then, I seasoned my tofu with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder while I cooked it in the pan. I cooked the tofu until it looked nice and crispy.

    2. Let the tofu cool: I put the tofu out on a baking sheet to cool while I prepped my vegetables.

    3. Prepare the Rice: I purchased some pre-made cauliflower rice that I cooked in a skillet and followed the instructions on the bag.

    4. Prep the Vegetables: I cut up some carrots into shreds, cut my cucumber, and cut up some lettuce.

    5. Blend: After everything was finished, I put rice on the bottom of my bowl, added my vegetable toppings, placed my tofu in the bowl, and put some sriracha on my tofu to make this bowl even more flavorful.
