‘A Wrinkle in Time’ Reminds Us to Be a Warrior in 2018
Disney released a new TV spot for Ava DuVernay’s A Wrinkle in Time on New Year’s Eve. In the spot, Mrs. Which reminds us on repeat to be a warrior—and that’s just what we need going into 2018.
If that weren’t awesome enough, Disney reminded us that the future is female and released three character posters featuring Mrs. Which, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Whatsit on New Years Day. A Wrinkle in Time is no ordinary movie. It only makes sense that the character posters have something special about them too. Check out the moving character posters!
A Wrinkle in Time is based on Madeleine L’Engle’s novel and follows Meg (Storm Reid), an intelligent girl on a mission to find her father through the wrinkle in time. She meets three witches who help her on her journey through the strange fabrics of time and space. Mrs. Which (Oprah Winfrey), Mrs. Whatsit (Reese Witherspoon), and Mrs. Who (Mindy Kaling) remind Meg that she has what it takes to be a warrior.
2018 is here and now. We should all follow Mrs. Which’s advice and be a warrior this year.
